Andrzej Ludek – President – Managing Director. Andrzej Ludek has a Masters Degree in Economics from the Warsaw School of Economics. He has worked for CBOS (Governmental Public Opinion Research Centre) and for GfK Polonia in 1990-1991. For over four years he had been the General Manager of MEMRB International (Poland) (1991-1995). Since 1995 he has been the President and Managing Director of ALMARES – Institute for Consulting and Market Research. President of the Polish Society of Market and Opinion Researchers (1996 – 1999). Member of ESOMAR (European Society for Opinion and Marketing Research) since 1992, Member of BIAC Poland (Business and Industry Advisory Committee to the OECD)(1999-2003), President of the Council of Polish Chamber of Trade since 2015. A member of the CEEUN (Central and Eastern European University Network) Supervisory Board. Board member of Instytut Badań DNA (DNA Research Institute). Additionally Andrzej Ludek is active in ROTARY INTERNATIONAL. He has been Rotary International’s District Governor D-2230 (Belarus, Poland, Ukraine) in 2001-2002, President of the Executive Council of Inter-country Committees of Rotary International (2016-2018). Andrzej Ludek has been honored with the Cavalier Cross of the Order of Polonia Restituta for exceptional contribution to Poland presented by the President of Republic of Poland.

Katarzyna M. STASZYŃSKA – Methodology Consultant, University of Warsaw Philosophy and Sociology Department graduate, a Sociology Doctor – specializing in the methodology of social and market research. An assistant professor at the Social Sciences Chair of the Akademia Leona Koźmińskiego, where she teaches methodology of applied social studies and the sociology of contemporary Polish society. From 2000 onwards she has lectured on „Theory and practice of market research” and „Public opinion and measuring it” at Collegium Civitas. She is an author of many academic papers and articles on the methodology of market research, of the use of market research in marketing practice, the history of market research and opinion polls. Involved with market research from 1993; in 1994 – 2003 she was CEO of CASE Consumer Attitudes & Social Enquiry, and before that the Fieldwork Director at SMG/KRC Media Poland. She is a member of the Polish Sociologists Society and World Association for Public Opinion Research (WAPOR). She has worked with the ALMARES Institute since 2004.

Katarzyna GÓRSKA – Research Department Director, Łódź Technical University graduate. At ALMARES she coordinates the work of the Research Department, supervises research concepts and tools, and is responsible for reporting from research. She has experience from both sides of the industry, from working at research agencies and corporate buyers of research in the posts of Research Manager/Consumer Insight Manager. She has over twenty years of experience in market research and has worked for: Colgate – Palmolive (Poland, Central Europe & Baltics), Starcom (Media House), Beiersdorf Lechia SA Poznań (Nivea S.A.), The Coca-Cola Company, Altadis/Seita (Tobacco Company), Kamis (Seasoning Company), Pentor Research International, MEMRB / Synovate, Nielsen.

Marlena DERLATKA-PAKUŁA – Project Manager, University of Warsaw sociology graduate. At ALMARES she carries out qualitative, ethnographic and quantitative research projects, her responsibilities including the design of research tools, moderating groups and writing reports. She has worked in the industry since 2006, first with EEI Market Research and now at ALMARES.

Marcin RUDZIŃSKI – Fieldwork Department Manager, A Warsaw University graduate, responsible for projects’ preparation, pilot testing and fieldwork, validation and control. He is also responsible for the coordination of projects commissioned by foreign research agencies. He has worked for the market research industry since 1998.

Zbigniew KORONA – Data Processing Department Manager, responsible for data processing and analysis. Graduate of Warsaw Polytechnic (Faculty of Electronics). 20 years of experience in market research, from 1991 to 1993 – manager of Data Processing Department at Pentor Institute, from 1993 to 1995 – as analyst at Salerno University.

Zbigniew KORONA – Data Processing Department Manager, responsible for data processing and analysis. Graduate of Warsaw Polytechnic (Faculty of Electronics). 20 years of experience in market research, from 1991 to 1993 – manager of Data Processing Department at Pentor Institute, from 1993 to 1995 – as analyst at Salerno University.

Maria Staszynska – Project Manager. At ALMARES since 2018. Started at Kantar TNS. A graduate from the Sociology faculty at the University of Warsaw and a graduate from the Psychology in Management at the Kozminski University in Warsaw. Currently, during doctoral studies at University of Warsaw. Her interests focus mainly on social and political research. At ALMARES she is responsible for design of research tools, carrying out research projects, coordination and reporting.
